Richmond County Custody Boundaries
County jail, state prison, parole supervision, and federal custody use separate systems. GDC lists Richmond County Jail at 401 Walton Way, while RCSO also operates the Charles B. Richmond County Arrests at GCIC
A custodial Richmond County arrest can reach GCIC through the fingerprint transaction made during booking. GCIC associates the cycle with Georgia identifiers, and criminal-justice agencies later report the court disposition. That statewide history is broader than one Richmond County jail entry.
